From Lahti to Railway Museum (Lahti–Hyvinkää) 9/16/2017

Haapamäki Museum Locomotive Society (HMVY) in cooperation with the Finnish Railway Museum brings people from Lahti, Riihimäki and intermediate stations to a day trip to the Railway Museum in Hyvinkää. What could be an easier and more stylish way to come than an impressive heritage train! A massive heritage diesel locomotive pulls wooden coaching stock mainly from the 1950s and a restaurant car selling snacks and beverages. There is a couple of hours time at the Museum after which the train takes you back.
